- Book — Reserve your date(s) and receive a tailored itinerary.
- Start Walking — Meet your guide as per your itinerary and set out on your journey.
Payment
Made after your tour is complete. You can pay by cash or credit card. There is nothing to pay before.
What’s included, what’s not
Fees include the services of your guide during the tour. Interpreting will be provided during any activities and experiences you’ve booked (when applicable). Additional inclusions can be found on the individual product or experience pages.
Fees do not include any meals or incidentals during the tour. Please note that we don’t handle hotels, as well as bookings for flights or public transportation. These must be booked and paid for independently.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can open the date for other travelers. Please send your notification to chris@mindfuljapantours.com. In the event of a genuine emergency, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Cancellations by Mindful Japan Tours
If we need to cancel a tour for any reason — including circumstances outside our control such as typhoons, earthquakes, pandemics, or dangerous trail conditions — you will of course owe nothing. We will do our best to reschedule at a time that works for you.
Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to a cancelled tour, such as flights or accommodation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
